Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 DL 186/99, is not applicable to products made personalized or made to measure.

The right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods is also valid if the goods have manufacturing problems. Irregularities, inhomogeneities, and any slightest difference from the photo of the original product are not recognized as manufacturing problems, as the jewels are unique and handmade products.

If there are proven manufacturing defects, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal on the goods purchased according to the following rules: to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication stating this intention, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by email to info@ninajewelry.it.

Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal Nina Contemporary Jewels will communicate by e-mail the methods for returning the goods. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. The goods must be returned intact in all its parts and with the original packaging not tampered with. In the event of the return of damaged goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer. Nina Contemporary Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or in any case that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. After verifying the integrity of the returned product Nina Contemporary Jewels will reimburse the customer for the full amount initially paid by him, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of return shipment of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products. Therefore, personalized handmade jewelry (rings made to measure or personalized with different stones) are excluded from the possibility of return.
